How long does shipping take?
Answer: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) usually delivers within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: Currently, Biz E-Deals ships within the United States, including Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations.
How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also find this information in the 'My Orders' section of your Biz E-Deals account.
Who is responsible for return shipping charges?
Answer: We provide a return shipping label for your convenience in case of returns.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Answer: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. However, once the order is processed and shipped, the address cannot be changed.

How do I initiate a return?
Answer: To start a return process, please contact us through our Contact Form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
What is the timeframe for returning items?
Answer: You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
What condition should returned items be in?
Answer: Returned products must be 100% complete with original packaging, UPC codes, manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories. Items should be unopened and unused for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee applies for opened items.
How will I receive my refund?
Answer: A refund will be issued once the item is processed by our Returns Department, minus a 15% restocking fee for opened items.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Answer: We do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
