Refund policy

Returns for Biz E-Deals direct purchases

This policy applies to items marked “Sold and shipped by Biz E-Deals” purchased through checkout on bizedeals.com.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened in their original packaging. Return the complete Crate 61 six-pack box with all six bars unopened.

Free return shipping

Email shopify.bizedeals@gmail.com or use Contact & support, including your order number. We provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible returns. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank and payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the funds to appear.

The original $6.99 outbound shipping charge is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, incorrect or defective orders, contact us for assistance; the original shipping charge is refunded along with the applicable product refund. The unopened condition above applies to change-of-mind returns and does not prevent you from reporting a damaged, incorrect or defective item.

Purchases through affiliate links

Purchases made on Amazon or another linked retailer follow that retailer’s return and refund policies. Request assistance through the retailer where you placed the order. Biz E-Deals does not receive or refund those purchases.

These terms do not change the terms or rights applicable to earlier direct purchases.
